Pain Points Identified
Paying 30% commission to third-party platforms
“you guys mark up the prices, right, what, 30%?”
Losing customers to delivery platform loyalty programs
“somebody orders through Uber 15 times a week. Well, at that point, they've built up a loyalty program with Uber. What would entice them to then use our service over that?”
Distance-based delivery pricing concerns
“We are already serving within a five to six-mile radius. So when you say that it adds a dollar on per extra mile, how does that entice a customer to order as well?”

Another thing here is kind of like the success report.
They started, when they started with us, they were doing, that was a couple of years ago, my manager brought this restaurant.
They were doing around 30 orders a month on Doordash, I mean on Toast, right?
Everything is pretty much Doordash, Uber Eats.
How we were able to actually bring all those customers, how we were able to educate their customer base to order directly from them, super simple.
Simple flyer that when we'll say, stop paying 30%, order directly from us, support your restaurant, that's it, with a QR code, and then people slowly but surely start actually like ordering, start ordering them from them directly, right?
So, right now we do on average, this is only one month, 700 direct orders, takeouts 1500, we save them $25,000 on commissions, and then we push 47 five-star Google reviews.
We do the refunds for you.
